Refund Policy

No Refunds will be issued beginning at the scheduled time of service or any time after services have been completed. 

If a cancelation were to occur, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund. 

If you will be late or miss your appointment,  there must be notification TWO HOURS before your appointment time. 

If appropriate notification is completed you may be able to receive your service through a recorded video sent to your email. 

In unforeseen circumstances Wendy reserves the right to cancel appointments and issue a full refund for all services owed.
